A couple of friends of mine were recently married, and I was happy to provide a fun array of desserts for the reception, including the Wedding Cake!

I love how unique the Cake idea was! Three tiers of Chocolate Cake with different fillings in between the layers, dusted in powdered sugar and covered with fresh Strawberries and Raspberries!

(Strawberry filling on the bottom tier, Raspberry in the middle, and a Chocolate & Peanut Butter Ganache on top!)

Because we knew there wouldn't be enough Cake to go around, lots of other treats were available!

Red Velvet Cake Bites, Chocolate Cake Bites and Peanut Butter Bites were surrounded by even more fresh fruit that was dipped or drizzled in Chocolate.

As a fun branch off from the Wedding Cake, Chocolate Cupcakes were made using each of the 3 fillings used on the Cake!

Everything went super fast! I definitely think the multiple dessert option was the way to go!

I love that they fed each other Chocolate Cake Bites! Too cute!Thank you for letting me a part of the fun Party! Congratulations!

Last weekend's display of Cake Bites at On A Whim in Lucketts, VA went so well that I think I'm going to make it a pretty permanent thing. I saw this Spaghetti & Meatball idea in the "Hello, Cupcake!" book and just had to try it out for November.I made mini Cake Bites wrapped in nuts as the meatball and after some hard time with a 'Squeezable' jelly bottle, was able to make the 'red sauce' a possibility. I think they turned out so cute and very tasty! Thanks to all of my Taste Tester/Club Members!
